From the time I saw the hydrating balms on Instagram, I knew they were going to be mine. I’ve been waiting for Benefit to launch them to the public instead of seeing them on select beauty gurus social media. While I was in Texas, I received an email saying they’re here and I ordered immediately. With the exception of the Lolli Balm, all of the other balms are currently sold out on Benefit’s website but you can get them at Sephora and Ulta.

Thoughts

They are very hydrating but also very sheer. I think the Bene Balm has the most tint to it. If you’re looking for more of a tint, I would suggest applying the matching lip and cheek tint under the balm if you want more colour. Another option is to apply Sun Beam to the center of your lips, under the balm just to give it a little shine. I will definitely be using them.

Will you be getting them? I think they’re worth it more for how hydrating they are than for the color payoff.
