I just realized I haven’t done one of these in forever! And believe me it’s not because I haven’t been shopping, I just forgot that I did these posts >_<. I have *really* been out of it. Anyway lets get to it. As far as clothing goes, I received a few items this week but only 2 will be mentioned as I had to return the others for exchanges and another item I decided to give to my sister. We’ll be going to The Yeezus Tour (Kanye West) next Saturday and Kendrick Lamar is the opening act, so when I saw this sweatshirt on Forever 21 I had to get it.

Perfect right? 🙂 The other sweater I received was an exchange from Modcloth. I bought this same sweater but the magnet came out on the inside, I hadn’t even worn it yet, just washed it once. They were kind enough to exchange it for me and I went a size up so that I can wear shirts under it better. I just love how it looks even though I haven’t gotten it to look quite the same on me as it does in this pic :).

Now on to the beauty stuff! I went to Ulta earlier this week and today was Macy’s and MAC.

I bought:

I’ve been using the Benefit b.right! Radiant Skincare 6 piece Intro kit since Oct 2nd and my skin hasn’t looked or felt this nice since before Summer. The only two products I haven’t tried from the kit are the refined finish facial polish and triple performing facial emulsion SPF 15. I just have’t had the chance to use them yet, it’s not that I don’t want to. You only need a little of the total moisture facial cream and it’s potent! eye cream so those are going to last a while, but I really loved the toning lotion and I have one little bit left to use so I bought the big bottle today. It wasn’t cheap at all but I love it. While the rest of my face was being nice, I was starting to get a bump or two under my eye area so I decided to try the Boo Boo Zap! since my e.l.f. Zit Zapper wasn’t working as well. This product has significantly reduced bumps overnight.

I don’t think I need anymore palettes but I had to get my hands on the Anastasia Catwalk Palette. The colours were soo pretty even though it’s a fairly neutral palette. I got the Benefit kit because I originally wanted the luv it up! set but the lady suggested I get this one as the colours were darker and would suit my skin tone more. I was happy for that suggestion as well as deciding to go in the store and see it instead of purchasing online. She also suggested the purity facial wash because I mentioned I was traveling and said it comes in a 3oz bottle that would last a long time because it’s more like a lotion and you don’t need to use a lot of it. It’s also a good makeup remover. I asked for a sample of the Erase Paste the same time as the deep looked pretty light and I didn’t want to buy the full thing to return it. She suggested mixing it with my eye cream and then applying it which I will definitely try.

I was to pick up this Treatment from MAC when I went for my Riri hearts MAC collection but they were out of it at the time. Today I learned that MAC finally opened it’s own store in Bellevue Square and they had it so I bought it. Their Oil Control Lotion made my skin look very oily so the MUA suggested I return it and try this one to help with oil control. I finally have it so I’ll give it a try and see how it works.

Finally, I bought three of these lip balms from Maybelline. I’m returning the Just Peachy because it made me look like a corpse. OMG if you have a darker skin tone, save your pennies. The Berry Soft looks like it could be a rich purple but it comes off as a lilac. I was about to put it in the pile of “no thank you!” but I kept peeping at my face in the rear-view mirror and it grew on me as something different for fall. I was also in need of a lip balm. My husband won’t kiss me when I wear it so I need to get my plain lip balm again.

OH! One last thing! 🙂 Tory Burch had 25% off for Family & Friends last weekend so I picked up these two. Think I’ll use the Wristlet for dinner tonight! (Sorry for the semi-fuzzy pic, I grabbed this from Instagram.)
