I feel like I haven’t done a post in forever and it is kind of fitting that I’m able to do this post today because I’ve bought quite a few things in the last 10 days. I’ll just hop in to it!
Intermix
I was killing time in the mall while my husband went to the Apple Store and that’s when the most damage was done. I wandered around and ended up in Intermix. I stayed clear of the store before because I’d seen their prices online. So I went in and then I hit the sale section and these gorgeous booties were there. They were originally $595, reduced to $499 and I got them at $250. SCORE! I’m sure they would’ve been further reduced this week as there is now 60% off but I’m happy I got them, it was the last pair in my size. The only bad thing is, the first day I wore them, they cut my leg from rubbing since my legging rode up a bit. I bought socks from Forever21 just to avoid this happening again because I really love these boots! This pic was taken before I polished them and made them look extra spiffy :).

As you know everywhere is having a sale, so I decided to finally purchase some stuff from here while it was on sale. I’d bought a skirt before but it was not for me. I like to buy things that are on sale from a website if I haven’t shopped there before in case I don’t like it and then I don’t spend as much money. I’m very pleased with everything that I purchased and the clothes fit well and are made from amazing materials. I’d definitely shop here again at full price. Everything I purchased is no longer available, it all came to $134 before tax. Here is a list and a blurry-ish picture:

Bartell’s
I went into Bartells Pharmacy hoping they’d have the NYX Butter Lipsticks as they have a NYX display. Unfortunately they didn’t have any but I was able to pick up these three Almay Shadow Softies that I found out were on sale ($2.99 each) when I got to the register. I had two and went back for one more. I got the colours: Vintage Grape (purple), Midnight Sky (blue) and Hot Fudge (brown).

After not finding the NYX Butter Lipsticks at Bartells I headed over to Ulta but they didn’t have them either >_<. But I managed to finally get my hands on the Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser! So excited to try this out. I hardly wore anything on my face this week. I just filled in my eyebrows and left home. I was feeling kind of crappy so I haven’t tested anything I bought as yet. I also picked up:

Forever21
I went into Forever21 to get some black socks for my boots shown above. I realized it was quite some time since I looked around so I did that and found myself in trouble. I didn’t try on a single thing! I just went straight to the register… Nothing I bought is still online and I took some really crappy photos before I washed and put away these clothes so I’ll just tell you what I bought which was a lot of basics:
- 2 knee-length (black + red) + 1 midi skirt (graphic print)
- 3 Sweaters (two striped, one cable knit)
- 1 grey short-sleeve tee with stripes on the arms
- 1 white boxy cropped tea with a pocket
- 3 pack black crew socks + 2 pack of grey striped and plain grey socks

As much as I love Eyeko’s Skinny Liquid eyeliner, it kept drying out on me. So I returned it and decided to try Nars Eyeliner Stylo in Carpates (black).

Nordstrom
I went to get a gift from the Baby section in Nordstrom and as I was leaving I passed the Junior’s section and decided to purchase this scarf that caught my eye earlier in the week. I love how feminine it is – the lace and blush colour made me swoon. It was love at first sight 🙂 .

I didn’t think I’d ever post books here but I bought two this week that are beauty related and I intend to use them so that I know how to apply all of the products I’ve been collecting. I bought:
And that’s it for this roundup. Yeah, I got a bit >_<. But I’m hoping to not purchase as much anytime soon. Maybe just stock up on a few beauty supplies and I’ll post that when I do. My birthday is next month so I want to save up to use my coupons etc when they come. Until next time..
